The SXSW Film & TV Festival will host nine days of screenings from March 8-16, 2024. The festival is known for its smart, enthusiastic audiences and launching a high caliber and diverse program of film, TV, and XR projects featuring compelling dramas, documentaries, comedies, genre standouts and more. The SXSW Film & TV wristband grants secondary access to over 300 screenings without further ticket fees.

- Your SXSW Film & TV Festival Wristband grants you secondary access to over 300 screenings and Comedy Showcases during nine days, without further ticket fees.
- Entry via the Secondary Access Line if seats are still available after the Primary Access Line has been seated.
- Primary Access Line = SXSW Platinum and Film & TV Badges
- Secondary Access Line = SXSW Film & TV Wristbands and SXSW Music and Interactive Badges

- Admission to all theaters is subject to legal capacity. Some venues are easier to get into than others and many screenings will fill up.
- Entry via the Secondary Access Line if seats are still available after the Primary Access Line has been seated.
- Wristbands can only be purchased via the SXSW Wristband Cart by Austinites with a local billing zip code. Limit six per customer.
- Film & TV Festival screenings take place March 8-16, 2024 in venues located in central Austin.
- The best bet venues for Film & TV Festival Wristbands include the Paramount Theatre, ZACH Theatre, the Rollins Theatre at The Long Center, and the Satellite Venue: AFS Cinema.
- Paramount Theatre - 1100 seats
- ZACH Theatre - 420 seats
- Rollins Theatre at The Long Center - 210 seats
- AFS Cinema (Satellite Venue) - 265 seats
- Second screenings and daytime screenings are often good bets for wristband holders.
- The Film & TV Wristband is not recommended for Headliners screenings or other larger profile screenings with red carpets.
- The Film & TV Wristband does not include access to SXSW Conference Programming, SXSW Music Festival Programming, the International Day Stage, the Radio Day Stage or guarantee access to activations.

- Your wristband gets you access to the SXSW Festival Shuttle for rides between SXSW venues in Downtown Austin.

- Film & TV Festival Wristband pickup starts on Friday, March 8 at 8:00 am at the Austin Convention Center in Exhibit Hall 1 (at the corner of Cesar Chavez Street and Trinity Street).
